I’ve been seeing Judy for massage therapy, and she’s consistently excellent. Every session starts with her asking how I’m feeling and whether there are any problem areas she should focus on, which makes the treatment feel very personalized.
Her pressure is always just right—firm enough to work out the tension without being uncomfortable. She also has a great balance when it comes to conversation. She’s friendly and engaging when you want to chat, but she also knows when to let you relax and enjoy the massage in peace. I often become so relaxed that I end up falling asleep!

Had a deep tissue massage with Lucy and she was amazing! It's hard to find a rmt that gives good pressure and is able to get deep into my knots, but she was great! Will definitely be back! :)
I had a great experience at Kefi Wellness Centre! James was a great professional, removed my ingrown toe nail with absolutely no pain and did a wonderful job! Would highly recommend Kefi Wellness Centre to everyone! Thanks again :)
