However, I'm also someone who fully appreciates how hard it is to find someone to trust and who does great work. I have very high standards - for myself and others, and so does Marco and his team. I'm happy to write this review (without any exaggeration) about why Desanno gets a well-deserved solid 5-star review from me. It all started with an open, transparent conversation - which then led to many many of my questions, and follow up questions - which were all answered clearly and patiently, with options and things to consider, and above all, respect for my home, the ideas/vision I want to achieve, and bottom line - my budget. Since that initial conversation, I've benefited from a fun-loving but very hard-working team that is careful, picky and helpful - not to mention good company. Everything takes time, but with Desanno's support and help, my home renos involve stucco, caulking, siding, soffits/fascia, pot lights, eavetroughs - with leaf guards, new skylights, and a new roof...and more to come! I won't call anyone else for help, and my 5-star assessment of Dessano is fact, not exaggeration!“

“We were impressed with Mark and his team right from the get-go. Our downstairs was in desperate need of upgrading which included removal of popcorn ceilings, installing a new bathroom, replacing the kitchenette, adding some new closets, and a bit of a lift to our laundry room. In addition, we replaced the flooring and baseboards on our main floor which look amazing!Mark's staff were on-time, clean, responsive to any changes we asked for along the way, and delivered top-quality workmanship.Ironically, we had some big plumbing issues just two days before the crew arrived to start. Thankfully, they were able to get this unexpected issue resolved quickly. (We were grateful to not have found this issue after the renovations were completed!)Since the work has been completed, we have had so many compliments on how beautiful our home looks, thanks to The Basement Store. “We were in the market to have a couple of storage cabinets installed and our call to Premier Garage (of Burlington & Oakville) began a much needed renovation of our garage space. Steve provided us with various options to consider without any undo pressure. In the end, we had large storage cabinets with upper cabinets installed, complemented by slatwall, and an epoxy floor expertly finished (with custom stairs into the house). It all looks very beautiful; more importantly, we were more than pleased with service provided by the installation team. We have no hesitation in recommending Tailored Living / Premier Garage.“

“Our kitchen and bath renovation went well and the results look amazing. A lot of fantastic work done in a short time. We got what we needed from the design and selection process, although it felt rushed. The sub-contractors were all excellent, especially Vlad with the cabinets. They all worked hard and past normal working hours while doing high quality work. They finished well ahead of schedule, with the exception of a few cabinet doors that were on back order (and still within original schedule). We had a few minor items damaged during the work (an internal door and some drywall) which were replaced/fixed and taken care of by them.“
