I had a wonderful facial by Karolina - she was kind, caring, personable, and good at explaining all steps, ultimately my skin looks great - I went for a collagen facial. Thank you, Karolina and Monterella. The spa is also in a great location in downtown Oakville with lots of shops and cafés nearby.
