Let me start off by saying I was introduced and referred to Hair Château by a young lady that works at Sally’s beauty in Oakville. I had three week old extensions put in from a home run business luscious locks extension in Burlington. After my third wash I was left with clumps of matted dread like balls throughout my head. I was devastated when I reached out to the woman who put them in she showed no compassion for what I was experiencing. I won’t go into details but it was not a pleasant experience. If you’re reading this, you probably know how difficult and nerve racking it is to entrust someone with your hair. I went to see Tianna today, really nervous and worried because I haven’t had a good haircut for a while. Tianna is now officially my go to person for everything hair!!!! She really took the time to understand what I want to do, pulled up pictures, explained what techniques she’ll use and why, and also gave me the lingo so I can better explain what I want to do with my hair.Also she’s just lovely to talk to. Great experience overall and highly recommend you go see her. Especially if you (like me) are worried or nervous.Thanks Tianna.
