The facility was very clean and there was privacy. Heather is fantastic! very professional, welcoming, and understanding of my condition. The mobile app was very helpful to demonstrate the exercises she told me to do. I felt drastic improvement after my first session. Great & beneficial experience overall.. I highly recommend it!
