“Rich is absolutely amazing! He is a very professional and honest business owner and is very knowledgeable for all your plumbing needs. I bought my home 2 years ago and needed a repair on my shower and my realtor highly recommended Rich. He came in the late evening and fixed my shower so I had a hot shower. He was very kind and on time and did a complete job making sure before he left that his work was completed and everything was nice and clean. This last week my hot water heater went out, garbage disposal quit working and my kitchen sink stopped up and would not drain. I immediately called him and he returned my phone call immediately and let me know he would come and get everything repaired and yesterday him and Ryan his awesome employee showed up on time and fixed my kitchen sink drain, installed a brand new garbage disposal and will be coming back today on a Saturday to install my brand new hot water heater. Everything complete and done so I do not have to worry which I'm extremely grateful for because in 18 days I go in for my 7th surgery and last surgery for my Breast cancer reconstruction and now I will be able get ready and to recover with no worries.
