“I want to personally think Corey Willis for coming out today at the Village Of The Pines. I had two other gentleman come out and did nothing. I have them on video doing nothing one left all my lights on in my house the other one left the heater on when Cory came today, he replaced a thermostat that needed to be replaced because it has not been working. I appreciate the honesty the time and how he explained everything to me and listen to my concerns, and now I have heat. Thank you so much for doing a great quality job and awesome customer service. The other two gentlemen should be ashamed of their selves there on video walking in and out of my house twice a total of four minutes and told the office that the heater works. They did nothing left their backpack on and talked on the phone Cory should get a raise. Just to add to the review Corey left and came back and put a filter in the wall because my apartment complex decided they wanted to leave early. Again, thank you Cory.“

“Our walk-in cooler (convenience store) recently expired. Called Hilltop, & they had a repairman there within 24 hours. Did an AWESOME job after ten hours of work. It's run flawlessly ever since. Also offered us preventative care for all coolers & our soda fountain. AAA++++. Hilltop is the best.“
“Absolutely amazing customer service. I called 8 different plumbing services for quotes on a new water heater. This company won me over by their customer service and good prices. Great communication through email and phone. The company actually winded up calling me to ask questions about why I was wanting to replace the heater and to see if there were other options instead of putting in a new one. From the first initial steps with staff communication I was happy with the interactions and were impressed with how they just didn't slap on the most expensive thing they could and call it a day.Then the technician arrived right on time and he absolutely knew his stuff. He went above and beyond for what he needed to do to be able to give me the best options and explaining the pros/cons of each one. This company is not out to nickel and dime you, but are actually for the customer and will give you knowledge of your situation. They are fair, give you all your options, and let you make an educated decision for yourself instead of telling you to go with the most expensive route. I will 1000% be going back to them for other plumbing needs I have.I honestly can't say enough about this company. From start to finish it was a great experience and I felt very important as the customer.“

“The team at family-owned Reno Heating & Air are highly dedicated and committed to heating solutions. Last year they installed my Heat Pump system in the snow. This year the NV Energy transformer was sending to many volts, which short circuited the heat pump. The Reno HVAC team determined the voltage was a problem; if they hadn’t the voltage could have ruined my heat pump system. They did everything they could to keep the heat on till the situation was resolved. John and Katy are class acts.“
“We called Craig on the advice of a friend after being told our induction motor replacement would be at least 1k and it would be about a week possibly to get the part, and that the furnace was probably EOL and should probably be replaced. Craig showed up with the induction motor in hand and replaced it for much less. I appreciated his professionalism, responsiveness and honesty.
