“Gibson was able to schedule one of their techs to come round and look at a problem that we have had since the install of the AC unit in 2020. The original installer basically ghosted us, and said there was nothing that could be done, and we just need to deal with it.
We had already had a subsequent tech from another company come round, and do a whole bunch of testing. I was very happy that the Gibson Tech listened to me about what the other guy had done, and what the other guys results were. This put Ryan ( Gibson) on a good pathway, and he confirmed the other guys suspicions within an hour or so. He came back the next day, and 2 hours later we had a perfectly functioning AC unit. I will definitely recommend Gibson for anybody wanting great service.“

“we scheduled a tune up with these guys and the appointment went smothly overall. the technician were polite and they checked the refrigerant and cleaned the coils but there was a few steps that wasnt explained clearly at first. after i asked questions they clarified everything and made sure i understood the process. they tested the thermostat calibration and confirmed proper airflow. the equipement was handled carefully and they left the area neat. i feel the service helped extend the life of our system and it was a steady and positive experiance overall.“
