Floor Coverings International is a go-to flooring store in Reno, NV. The floors are gorgeous, and the owner and installers were professional and kind. The team was prompt and professional from start to finish, making the process of getting new carpet installed super simple and affordable. The experience was 10/10, with a quick response to online requests and efficient scheduling. The installers were great, and the pricing was more than fair. The crew went above and beyond when the wrong flooring showed up, moving mountains to ensure a superb wood floor in an expeditious time frame. They are by far the most punctual, well-mannered, hard working, honest, and very fairly priced in town. Highly recommended for any flooring needs over anyone in Reno and Nevada.
10/10 experience with floor coverings international! I submitted a request online and within 20 minutes, someone called me to schedule the consultation for the very next day! Michael came out for the consult and was great, very informative and efficient. Audrey called the following day to schedule the job for right away and Wednesday afternoon we had new floors in our kitchen and bathroom all for a very affordable price. The installers were great too, highly recommend FCI for any flooring needs
Everything from getting my estimate to delivery and install was amazing! Bear and his crew went above and beyond when the wrong flooring showed up. The entire team moved mountains to make sure I ended up with a superb wood floor and in an expeditious time frame. Oh, and their pricing was MORE THAN FAIR!!! I will definitely usr them for all my flooring needs.
Bear and his guys are completly awesome. By far the most punctual, we'll mannered..hard working, honest and very fair priced in town. I highly recommend their services over anyone in reno and nevada.
