“We had Mill Street Cabinets, Paul and Mike, reface our lower kitchen cabinets. Paul came out a few times to measure and to check the color and the glaze on the refacing to be sure that it was a match and a product we would like. They are incredibly professional and service oriented which is hard to find in today's world.The cabinets that they had to match were an off-white with a cocoa glaze. it was no small feat. Paul worked with the manufacturer very closely to be sure that they would match. The cabinets that they were refacing were oak. The new cabinets are beautiful. They match almost perfectly.The installation process went smoothly. They did a fantastic job installing the draws, doors and panels. We love our new cabinets.The below pictures show the before and after. The picture with the wine chill is our island and that is what they were matching the new cabinets too.We had a small issue with one of the panels, after installation, and Paul came out the next day and checked it out. “When we moved to our new Spanish Springs home, we knew we were going to want to have a place where we could enjoy the weather, entertain friends and just be comfortable in our "forever" home. The patio area is just the right size to have a little loveseat to enjoy a morning coffee, a set up for an intimate dinner for two or just relax with a good book, but wasn't very welcoming. The cement flooring, even with an outdoor carpet, was hard to keep clean and just not attractive. Greg of Tile and Stone Creations came to the rescue! What we were asking for, tile on cement in the outdoor extremes of Northern Nevada, was not something we wanted to take chances with. Yes, the area is covered, but we had to be sure the job would be done to near perfection to ensure years of lasting beauty. Greg is a multigenerational tile guy and knows his stuff. I felt comfortable speaking with him and asking questions and he was great about helping me to understand the process and costs. I had already done some research into the process and materials and Greg just confirmed everything I had already read up on. I especially liked his good communication, in person, in texts and email. He kept me statused on the installation timeline, met all commitments and kept in touch through the installation. He was pleasant and friendly but not overly so. The job he and his colleague did on our patio is beautiful! The tile we purchased, to match tile we already had in the house, but Greg helped us to get the correct color grout. He discussed the best layout, and step by step prepped the surface and proceeded to complete the installation in stages to allow things to set and seal properly. He always left the site in perfect order, cleaned the area and made sure there were no safety hazards for people or animals. He respected our property and access requests. Greg was completely professional at all times with his interactions and his work. I plan to call on him again when I am ready to install a steam shower!!“

We had several contractors limit their scope of work, but Jaymes took on all the areas of work including demo, island modifications, countertops and back splash. The team who installed the quartz countertops were top notch and could not have done a better job. They were so professional and caring. “I gave this company 5 gold stars....very professional.. Tom Goodman and the Chris Vaughn team were so helpful in a very stressful situation when a tree fell on our house. The roof and the back half the house had to replaced...they worked well with my insurance company and I got everything fixed better then it was before.. I am very happy with the work..!“

“I had a upstairs toilet that had leaked for a long time. I created a lot of mold on a downstairs wall! Advanced Installations was contracted to remove the mold on the drywall and 2x4 studs behind it! It was a mess. They did a great job! I also contracted with them to replace the 2x4s and drywall! Their crew of Mike and Jim were superb! The work was done quickly, and I am very happy with the result! Tony and Pat kept me informed! I would use Advanced Installations again!“

Our scope included installation of a new exterior door, 12 ft by 50 ft Trex composite deck, concrete stairs, and relocation of an existing fence. At the first meeting, Alan listened to our desired scope, and quickly assessed the options to design and construct our remodel project, including a new deck, and a new exterior access point to our home. He provided prompt follow up with a contract and cost estimate that allowed us to get into design quickly. Once complete, Masterfield navigated a seamless review with the city so that our project was underway early the summer of 2023. Masterfield's on-site staff were excellent. Tom, Site Superintendent, was great to work with keeping us informed of the planned activities. Carpenter crews worked efficiently to install foundation, deck, and door preparation.Masterfield has good rapport with subcontractors.
