The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the owner unfortunately.. So, I speak Vietnamese, so I understood what was being said during the appointment. For pretty much the entire time we were there, I heard the owner constantly commenting Kim and on her work. One minute she was saying she was taking too long, then later saying she needed to hurry up. It felt like Kim couldn't win no matter what she did…

Honestly, it made things a LITTLE uncomfortable and for my wife, Kim stayed professional the whole time and focused on my wife's nails to make it to perfection. Personally, I rather have a nail tech take her time and do it right than rush through the appointment. Kim deserves a lot of credit because my wife's nails turned out BEAUTIFUL!! We definitely book with her again. I just hope the owner is a little kinder to her staff because from what I saw, Kim was working hard and taking good care of her customers..“

“I went here and got my nail done here the other day. My first time here, I just moved to the area from Fremont. Staff were amazing and so patient. There was a weird occurrence though, they get a call and they can’t understand the customer so another customer try’s to translate. The lady calling yells “It”s Carolyn” and the customer trying to translate is trying to explain the situation. The lady on the phone repeatedly on the phone going Oh I’m Carolyn, then proceeds to say her full name Carolyn B (Not disclosing last name for security purposes). She proceeds to say that she has been a customer for how many years. I was shocked. I didn’t realize on this side of the mountain there were also people who acted so entitled. The staff were polite though and eventually they were able to come to a conclusion. The other lady and I were both sitting there perplexed anyone would call a nail place let alone any place with that type of attitude. The staff handled it tremendously as well as providing great service. If you’ve made it this far the overall message being treat others with kindness especially those doing any service or hospitality☺“
