Based on the reviews, Friendly Plumbing is a highly recommended plumbing company. The staff is described as professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They are known for doing the job quick and knowing what they are doing. The company resolved issues for a water heater and an emergency with a hot water heater. Their quote was over $1000 cheaper than other places for one job. The technicians, including Billy and Carlos, provided great customer service. One technician went above and beyond replacing pipes and did not change the quote. They left the area cleaner than it was before. Another customer was very happy with the service for an upgraded garbage disposal. The office front, with Julie and Alex, was also helpful and responsive. The work was done neatly and professionally, and customers were very happy with the price.
I had a great experience with Friendly Plumbing. Their pricing was more than fair, and the entire job was completed quickly and efficiently. Devin was outstanding—personable, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. It's refreshing to work with someone who clearly knows their trade and genuinely cares about doing quality work. I wouldn't hesitate to call Friendly Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs. We woke up to a cracked tank and squishy tiles. Within 2 hours of me filing a claim with home warranty they had a technician at my house and the problem was fixed and better than before. The technician was prompt, friendly and efficient. I recommend these guys! Thanks for saving the day!
