Now that I've used them to seal all of the tile, grout and countertops in my newly built home, I'm the one giving them 5 Stars! “They did an amazing job. I had water damage in my kitchen so I had to remove the old laminate flooring. I had multiple companies give me an estimate and they were one if the few that could start the next day and at a price that beat the others by over 500.00. They installer was early to the appointment and was already set up before the start time which was great.“

“In January 2025, we were in the market to purchase LVP flooring for our house. We went to lots of flooring stores, one of which was Just Floor It in Sparks. We were very indecisive about which color to go with, so Ryan at Just Floor It let us take samples home more times than we can count. Once we decided on color, we talked to Ryan about pricing. He was able to beat all of the competitors’ prices. The only hang up we had was we weren’t looking to install the flooring until June 2025 and didn’t want all the flooring being stored at the house. Ryan came to the rescue again and offered to have the flooring stored at Just Floor It’s warehouse in San Jose until we were ready for install. A few weeks before install, we contacted Ryan and he coordinated to have the flooring brought over to his store. Once install got going, our installer realized we purchased T risers instead of transition pieces. We contacted Ryan and he got the transition pieces in at record time. In June 2026, we were finally getting around to installing the quarter round in the kitchen. When opening the packages that we got a year ago, it turned out 4 of our 5 quarter round pieces were the wrong color. We contacted Ryan not to request a credit/refund; we simply wanted to purchase the correct colored ones. Ryan to the rescue yet again. Ryan got the 4 pieces of the correctly colored quarter round in and didn’t charge us for it. Listen, most stores are telling you that you should’ve looked at everything when you took receipt of it. We obviously didn’t but Ryan still took care of us. Ryan went above and beyond every step of the way to the finish for us. There’s lots of options when it comes to flooring stores out there but Ryan at Just Floor It is the most honest guy you’re going to find. Since we purchased our flooring, Just Floor It has relocated to Greg Street. It’s a bit off the beaten path but well worth your time and effort, as you won’t find a better pricing or quality individual to work with.“
