Gibson was able to schedule one of their techs to come round and look at a problem that we have had since the install of the AC unit in 2020. The original installer basically ghosted us, and said there was nothing that could be done, and we just need to deal with it.
We had already had a subsequent tech from another company come round, and do a whole bunch of testing. I was very happy that the Gibson Tech listened to me about what the other guy had done, and what the other guys results were. This put Ryan ( Gibson) on a good pathway, and he confirmed the other guys suspicions within an hour or so. Absolutely first class service. All technicians were super knowledgeable and caring which you don't find anywhere else. Zach gave me a great price on a massive month long heat pump and tankless water heater install and solved every problem when it arose. Great communication. Will do business with them for life.
What a breath of fresh air! Gibson was amazing from start to finish. The office is responsive, the techs are skilled and communicative - and they get the job done well and in short order. Five stars and two thumbs up!
