Darcy and the other technicians are amazing. I have been going here for about a year now. What I really like about this place is that every time I go in there they always have some really cool monthly specials happening. So if you're a new customer there are some great offerings to take advantage of. This is definitely a place that offers really good services but in a great price. So if you're looking for something like that this is a wonderful place to go. they are easy to get to and plenty of parking. Also before any of your services they are right next to lighthouse coffee so you can always grab a nice coffee before you go to your appointment.
Tracie did a fantastic job on my root touch-up coverage and brush through to minimize the touch-up *line*. I loved being in and out in1 hr 20 min so my new puppy wasn't alone in the backyard too long! And....*bonus* ....I was thrilled to discover she uses the spa-pressure shampoo 'scalp massage' technique. Who doesn't love that rhythmic pressure point treatment!??? Ahhhhh..soooo relaxing lol. Thank you Tracie! Already booked for my next appointment. I obviously highly recommend her!!
I had an amazing experience with Shelley Martin, RN! From the moment I arrived, her assistant Rachel greeted me with such warmth and kindness, immediately putting me at ease. Shelley is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and truly gifted at what she does. I was a bit nervous going into my injectable treatment, but she took the time to map out my facial structure, explain the entire process, and make me feel completely comfortable.
