Everything from start to finish with this company was professional! Johnny did the estimate and explained the job and timeline and introduced the person who would be doing the job, Nathan. Every person I encountered was kind and professional making me feel comfortable and confident in the repair. We had a large pipe in our yard burst and they worked quickly to fix it and communicated everything along the way. So happy to have found an excellent, reliable and trustworthy plumbing company! Will never use anyone else, you won’t regret using this company.

Root-O-Matic did a great job at our place, Johnny specifically. They thought outside the box and worked within our budget to fix our septic without just saying to get a whole new system, like two other companies did. Would highly recommend them.

We had about 100 feet of old orangeburg sewer pipe in terrible condition that needed to be replaced. Jonny, Nate and the crew used a pipe bursting method and worked through an extremely challenging job site (sewer pipe went through our rear yard, out below a public drainage ditch and into a sewer main in a parking lot of a commercial building behind our house). They worked until just about sunset so that we didn’t have to go a night without use of toilets/showers/etc. Overall, they were very professional and explained everything to us throughout the process, and their price was reasonable for the amount of work our job required.
