I've been treated for awhile now and I really appreciate the care and honesty. The staff is great and I would recommend them to anyone! So blessed to have come across such wonderful people.

Overall, I had a very positive experience at LUX Dermatology. The medical staff was excellent—kind, professional, and genuinely attentive. They took very good care of me, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The quality of care from the clinical team was outstanding and is the main reason I would recommend this practice.
The only reason for the four-star rating is my interaction with the receptionist. While nothing was outright negative, the phone interaction and in-person check-in felt a bit short and less welcoming than I was hoping for. I was very impressed by this practice. Everything was clean, nicely arranged and comfortable to put you at ease. Friendly staff. I was able to get an appointment the same week I called and didn't spend much time in the waiting room either. Lauren was very careful with my treatment and answered my questions.
