“I have been bring my 80lb fear reactive pitty mix to them for the past few years. He has gotten steadily more aggressive with them as the years go on but they continue to be ever patient with him. They always see that it is a fear response and not aggression like so many people assume. The techs and support staff always sing his praises even though I know he gives the doctors a hard time. They don’t push brands or products and they keep an open mind to trial treating and holistic approaches if need be. I never have that fear of them pushing expensive procedures if I bring up a possible medical concern and they are quick to validate my boundaries and concerns and do what is best for my boy. I cannot sing their praises high enough and I recommend them to everyone I meet in the dog industry.”
