“I usually don’t give a five star rating (always room for improvement?). Though maybe a bit pricy..this team deserves it! I’ve had my carpets and recliners cleaned in the last couple of years with “ok” results, so when I was looking this time, I looked for greatest ratings close by. This company had a 5 star rating. I was cautious but called. The first phone contact was unexpectedly helpful about expectations, service, calculation of costs, etc…in a very warm and friendly manner. Then…the team that came to do the work. I was having 4 rooms (plus a patch in front of bedrooms) and my recliners cleaned. First.. the suggestion of what was needed…honesty! I didn’t really need the extra cost of one item but could use another thing. Not pressure, not oversell, just honest estimation for the job with a couple of options (now/later suggestions for cost control too…much appreciated). The work was professional and efficient. The two gentlemen had great attitudes. Very cooperative & helpful when and where I needed it. The results for the carpet and recliners were superb. First person who walked in inquired who I used and complimented the results. This company will be my first choice for any of my needs that they service. Just in case you are wondering…no discount or perk for this review. Just honest satisfaction. I highly recommend this company.“

Brandon and Anthony were the techs that worked at the house, and were always punctual, professional, and communicated very well the progress of the project. Randy, the contractor who did the repairs lived locally and even stopped by on the weekend to check the moisture levels around our leak to get the fans out of there early. (They are very noisy fans).
