Woke up this morning with a broken cold water supply line under the bathroom sink. I called another plumber at 8am who said he'd call me back. He never did! At 3pm I called him back and was told he forgot. I then called IRA HANSEN and SONS and was told a plumber would be at my house between 4 and 5 pm. Much to my surprise MARCUS arrived at 315pm. He replaced both the 50 year old supply lines and was finished around 430pm. OUTSTANDING customer service from the person who took my call to Marcus who showed up quickly and got the job done very quickly. IRA HANSON and SONS are now stored in my phone.. and I have a business card on my fridge.

We cannot say enough great things about this plumbing company! We had a serious water leak, and from the very beginning, they made it clear that getting our water restored as quickly as possible was their top priority. Their team worked incredibly hard and stayed late—sometimes until 8 PM—to make sure the job kept moving forward and was completed properly.
Not only was their dedication and work ethic exceptional, but everyone was also incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to work with. During a stressful situation like dealing with a water leak, having a team that is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping you makes all the difference.
Ira arrived & identified himself. He asked about plumbing issues. He was told 2 outside bibs were leaking. He crawled under hose & repaired both leaking faucets. Repaired problem quickly (<2 hrs). Gave a senior discount, which made me very happy.😃
