Well, we knew, after 30 yrs. It was time to replace the roof. While reviewing options of who, when and what, a neighbor of ours started on their replacement.
Watching their team, you could tell that they definitely knew what they were doing. Extremely efficient with no wasted steps. That house looked awesome once completed.
I approached the home owner for the company’s name and contact information and called Jose to discuss our plans. Jose was right on it. Came by the next day and walked the layout and then came back the following day to walk it with me.
Jose explained the process of what they would do and timing. He also pointed out additional improvements we could make, such as attic vent’s which I was unfamiliar with. After I did my research, we were glad he pointed this out. I asked about gutter replacement as well, which he informed they could cover that as well. The gutter replacement was great. They also installed additional fixes to problem areas as well.
