The price, product, and service fit needs perfectly, and customers couldn't be happier. They will keep a home or business cozy in the winter, cool in the summer, and efficient year round. They are honest and know HVAC, with no commission, so their people evaluate the system and make recommendations based on what it needs to function well. They are honest, reliable, and do truly high-quality work, and they were one of the only companies that knew how to work on a complicated system. Their team came out the very next day to troubleshoot and fix the issue, and the price was very reasonable. They have wonderful customer service, are personable, and understood the needs of a business and service requirement, with fair prices and easy contact. They are consistent and do a very well job, with a service manager who is very transparent, friendly, and professional. They handled over 30 apartments with heating and cooling issues incredibly well, with thorough repairs and incredible communication. This team is the best in Reno, hands down.

We moved into our home a few years ago with a 30-year-old HVAC system that is both outdated and complicated. Our house has four different zone controls (four thermostats), a damper system that’s no longer typical, and the unit runs on propane. Silver State was one of the only companies in our area that knew how to work on a system like ours—I called at least five other places.
