I used HardRock Epoxy for two jobs now. Once was for our attached 21' x 21' garage in 2019 which turned out so well, we had them come back out in 2020 to do the floor in a newly built 24' x 24' detached garage. On the detached garage they took the time to do a vapour test (24 hrs) to ensure there would be no moisture pushing through and causing it to peel down the road. That kind of attention to detail is why I'm glad we used them. Other than that, easy to communicate with and showed up when they said they would. It's been 3 years on the one garage now and both still looks amazing. Can't recommend them enough!
House wash was done perfectly and the soft wash is the best way to wash siding.

Torzano is a great barber. You don't call for an appointment, you simply drop by early morning and write your name on a whiteboard for an appointment time that is convenient for you that day. Then, simply show up on time. Great pricing as well.

Started going to Ethan at a previous shop, I loved how he would discuss exactly what would work and not work, and I’ve always trusted him. So much so, that when he moved to Lucky Cat, I followed him because he knows damn well what he’s doing, introducing me to this kickass shop. If I could rate any higher than 5 stars, it would be well deserved.
I've been going to the Irishtown Barber Shop for several years so it's about time I wrote a review. Firstly, Cullen is an awesome guy, is super friendly and always does top notch cuts. His shop is an old school barber shop where he has some cool memorabilia and plays good music. I love the process for getting in which he's been using since Covid times. You simply show up in the morning around 8:30 and put your name on the list. He allocates about 20 mins per person so it's easy to estimate when you'll get a call from him to come in. I highly recommend the Irishtown Barber Shop!

This place came highly recommended by several friends and they were completely right! This place is really wonderful. It was easy to make an appointment. When I arrived I was greeted professionally and was seated for my pedicure within minutes. I had booked a pedicure, but also inquired whether they could fit me in for a manicure as well. They were busy so at first they said they couldn't (which I completely understood), but near the end of the pedicure, they said they would fit me in for my manicure too.
Both nail technicians were professional, skilled and very clean. The premises were spotless and all the appropriate hygene methods were observed. Also, the cost of both treatments was very reasonable.
The staff was courteous and friendly, and it was apparent that they have many repeat customers. I will definitely be back myself.

My stylist was wonderful, she was friendly personable, and kind. There was another stylist though that hovered the entire time I was there and made her feel like she was doing something wrong, like a manager and come to find out she was not management. To the point that my stylist didn’t even give herself the option to give herself a tip when I went to pay.. I insisted on tipping.. but she refused. This other stylist was a negative hovering person over the entire experience. She marched around the salon like she owned the place. I felt bad for all the stylists when I left.
I was in the neighbourhood and decided to get a trim. Just a simple one inch off the ends and a bangs cleanup without paying the high prices at most salons these days.
My hairdresser did exactly what I wanted and was very gentle handling my hair. I also liked that she didn't spray the water all over me which can be cold and a shock to the system, especially in the face.
I highly recommend her if you want someone who isn't rough while handling your hair.

James Bowe's work was excellent. He was careful and thorough. His work was first rate.
A few weekends ago, I tried to save a few bucks by hiring someone from TaskRabbit to help with a few light fixture changes. It turned out to be a big mistake. Not only did he remove the old fixtures and leave a mess of the wiring, but he also somehow disabled our back porch light—something we really rely on, especially for our dogs in the evening. It was a Saturday afternoon, and we knew we’d be paying a premium for emergency help, but at that point, we just needed it fixed, and fixed properly.
We reached out to about 10 electricians, and Bob from Bob Doucett Electrician was one of the very few who actually responded. Not only did he respond—he was kind, upfront, and totally straightforward. He was able to come out that day, and his calm, professional approach immediately gave us peace of mind. Bob diagnosed the issue quickly and had everything working again in no time. He was also more than fair in his pricing, especially considering the timing and urgency.
We ended up asking for his opinion on another issue we’re having with some wiring, and we fully plan to have him back to help us tackle that project soon. Bottom line: you truly get what you pay for. When it comes to electrical work—or any professional service that impacts the safety of your home—don’t cut corners. Bob is the real deal: skilled, reliable, and someone you feel good having in your home.

This company did an excellent job on my kitchen renovation in 2021. Everyone was very professional from start to finish, the work was really well done, and they adhered to their price estimate and timeline even when a few challenges arose (to be expected during renovations). The project manager was on site regularly and was super responsive. He kept me in the loop and I corresponded with him often, weighing in on work done and remaining, discussing tweaks, and being very fussy in general. He remained patient and accommodating throughout, as did all the contractors (carpenter, plumber, electricians, tiler). Things were well organized (no gaps of inactivity), any construction debris was hauled away by the end of each day, and the project moved along efficiently. It included removing a wall and resizing another, addition of a peninsula, relocation of the sink and all appliances (and associated plumbing and electrical), all new upper and lower cabinets (IKEA) and countertops (not IKEA), tile backsplash, addition of ceiling pot lights, and new baseboards and flooring throughout the level. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend I Love Renovations.
Has random construction items removed from properties being demolished. Going there and looking around has always yielded unexpected treasure. I bought many entry doors and workbenches and plywood and 2 x 4 that were used and had to have nails removed. If you don't mind spending the time you can save some money.

Daniel is a wonderful young man, so polite and courteous. He is extremely thorough spraying for mosquitoes! We had so many mosquitoes that it was hard to be outside day and night. Daniel sprayed our property this afternoon and did a phenomenal job! There are no mosquitoes whatsoever anymore even at night! It’s incredible and so nice to be able to be outside again without getting bitten.

I had my first physiotherapy session today with Tony Priest, and it was a great experience. He was very professional, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained everything clearly. He also gave me helpful advice and important points to keep in mind during my recovery.
The staff at the front desk were also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend physical therapist Tony and the clinic.

Jeff and his assistant are great. My little pooch doesn’t mind going in there and that’s unusual. She balked going into other groomers and likes going into Jeff’s. He does a great job on her grooming and nails. I haven’t been to anyone else since moving back to Dartmouth and he will continue to be my go to guy.

I have been visiting Rhea for about a year and a half now. It has taken me this long to write a review because Rhea is so unique, so caring, so creative, so AWESOME, I didn't know where to begin! This will be a long one but if you're looking for a new massage therapist/healer/cheer leader/etc, I 110% reccomend Rhea.I used to suffer from severe allergies, and because of my old job and previous injuries, I had all over body aches, and back spasms so bad I couldn't breathe. 48 hours after my first appointment I had stopped sneezing and the congestion was gone. I asked her what she did to me, she replied "Thats all you! I just got things moving!" As someone who used to live on allergy meds, this changed my life.Within 4 months I was bending and moving in ways I hadn't in years. Working in a warehouse lifilting 55lb bags repeatedly had worn me out at age 30. The spasms had stopped, the muscles that were supposed to do the work were activated, I got stronger. She taught me stretches to help strengthen muscle groups and ease pain. She even demonstrated them to me and made sure I had proper form while doing them.Rhea is always trying new things, the latest being Cold Laser Therapy. When she told me how effective it had been on herself and shared some success stories, I had to try it. I have had head aches and migraines for the past 3-4 years at least 4 days a week. Sometimes it was a sunglasses at night kind of migraine, where the slightest light would make me nauseous. I figured trying the laser therapy wouldn't hurt - it is a pad a little smaller than a tea towel, that looks like a bunch of tiny LED lights stuck together. She laid it on the back of my neck for a few minutes during one of my appointments. No heat, no pain. Nearly a month later I realized.. I hadn't had a head ache since my last treatment, and now two months later I am still pain free!Rhea is the most genuine, caring, motivated person I know. Give her a try, I promise you won't be disappointed ?

I've been coming here, on & off, for 9 years. They treat you very well.I like that I can call with a quick question, ask to have a PT call me back without booking an appointment, and they do.And being known means I can run a small tab.
The place is very clean. The staff are very friendly staff, the atmosphere is very relaxing, and the prices are good.
Also my massage therapist, Alicia Bowers, is amazing!!!!

I like that the rooms are separated and much more private than other places I've gone to receive treatment.
The girl on the front desk is always so pleasant, unfortunately, she is changing careers and will be leaving. Hoping that the next person will be just as welcoming.

My treatment with Alex is going well. From my first appointment, he has been professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me recover. He takes time to listen, explains everything clearly, and creates treatment plans that are tailored to my needs. I feel real improvements because of his guidance.

Cheri was an amazing teacher to have in the passenger seat. She always took the time to explain things with pen and paper if I didn’t quite get something, gave me loads of reassurance and support through my driving. And most of all helped me pass my final road test! I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor for my driving experience, she always kept me smiling. Thank you cheri! We will miss you ❤
