I purchased new glasses from Bedford Eye Care last year. A couple of weeks ago the frame broke; that may sound bad, but the point of customer service isn't necessarily not having a problem but rather how the problem is addressed. I reached out to the store (I've moved out of town since the purchase). They advised the glasses were warrantied. They requested a new pair from the manufacturer and called today (less then 2 weeks since I contacted them) and advised that they were shipping the new glasses to me. Wow! Absolutely outstanding service.

Dr. Adnan is the best. Very considerate and accommodating. He addresses what massage I need. He is also helpful on what to do on the app for navigating it. He is also asking about the level of pressure he need to do while massaging. The place is calming and relaxing. Will do come back for another session. Thank you Dr. Adnan.
Morgan was a huge help with my SI joint pain this spring and summer. He was knowledgeable, kind, professional, and provided practical treatment and exercises that made a real difference. There are hair stylists, and then there's Lori....she's a true master. She knows what she is doing when it comes to hair. I have been going to Lori for 24 years now and can't say enough good things. She listens to what her clients want, shares her professional expertise and knowledge and ensures I always leave with exactly what I have asked for. She takes her time, has a great eye for color, and does the best updos for weddings and special occasions. She is such an amazing person inside and out…..it's always a great experience with her all around! I really wouldn't have anyone else touch my hair because I've been spoiled by the best!

I’ve been going to this nail salon for a long time, and they have always provided very good service. I really like this place, but today’s experience was a bit different from usual.
Today, my nail technician (this was only the second time she worked on my nails), spent about an hour on my service. At the end, she told me to wait five minutes and then left. I assumed she would come back to check my nails and apply the top coat, but I waited and waited, and she never returned.
I ended up sitting there for about 25 minutes without knowing what was going on or whether my service had even been completed. Eventually, I had to ask another staff member for help. She applied the top coat and told me to wait five minutes, then left as well.
Before leaving, I asked her if “waiting five minutes” meant I could leave on my own afterward, and she said yes.
This left me quite confused. Does being told to “wait five minutes” mean the service is already complete, with no final check? Also, isn’t applying a top coat normally part of the final step of a nail service?
Overall, I still like this salon—the booking system is convenient, there are many color options, and the quality of the nail work is great. I was just a bit confused by the final procedure during this visit.

My boyfriend gets his hair cut here, usually by the same few staff. always welcoming in here and the stylists are usually down to chat with both my boyfriend and me while they work even though i'm not the one getting my hair cut lol. it's always a relaxing time here.
also very good at asking as they go along so they're making sure you like what they're doing :) my boyfriend used to be super nervous to get his haircut done but now he actually looks forwards to it and he always comes out happy and confident.

This business switched ownership in the summer of 2023 and I was sad to see the former owner go but I’m happy to report that some of the staff has stayed on, and the new owner is also great! I’ve been told the monthly specials will continue and I’m happy about that! I recommend this spa to anyone who asks (and sometimes to those who don’t ask)!

Dr. Padmaja is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and truly an expert in what she does. She took the time to clearly explain the laser treatment process, what results to expect, and how many sessions would likely be needed.
What I appreciate most about her is her honesty and professionalism. If laser treatment is not needed for a certain area, or if your skin requires treatment before starting laser, she will tell you. She genuinely wants her patients to achieve the best possible results and never recommends unnecessary treatments. As a dermatologist, her expertise goes beyond laser treatments, and her skincare advice is always thoughtful and personalised.
Both my mom and I are very happy with our results, and I will definitely be returning for other areas in the future. I always look forward to my appointments because Dr. Padmaja is so kind, welcoming, and easy to talk to. She is one of the sweetest and most genuine people I have met.

I went to gentle touch, which was recommended by a friend, to receive my free skin consultation. I’ve been struggling with skin issues as I age and have been really subconscious about it.
When I first went into the clinic I was greeted by warm smiles. My apt was with Nyah and she was awesome. She was soft spoken and easy to approach, she grave amazing skin recommendations and some spa services that she felt would be beneficial. The thing I love most is she didn’t try to upsell me on services that she didn’t feel would be a large benefit at this moment. We worked out a skincare regiment together and I went home very excited to try my new products.
I’m very pleased with all the interactions i had in the clinic as well as with the clinic as a whole. I would 100% recommend and I can’t wait to go back for my first real spa service 😊

My second treatment was yesterday with Lindsay and we managed to unlock pressure and pain throughout the body!! I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 27 years ago and no one has been able to give me so much relief. I am excited to work with her moving forward!!
