Our sump pump stopped working today and leaked water all over our basement floor. Frantic, my husband and I started making calls and Blackburn told us they had availability this afternoon and would call us back with a time. A lovely lady showed up and determined we needed a new one. She left to go see if they had the one we needed jn stock. She came back and installed the new one and it ended up being cheaper than we thought it would. Absolutely wonderful company to deal with. Very quick and efficient. Will definitely be using them again for any future plumbing needs.

Reviews
Excellent, prompt, efficient and personable. Immediate responses to calls, with message alerts about expected arrival time. Technician was very knowledgeable and experienced. I anticipate that they did such good work that we won't need them for this issue again, but I would certainly call them first if other needs arise.
Jessie arrived on time. He was professional, personable, and fixed the problem. We had the city shut off the main to the house so Jessie could replace the leaking shut off in the house. His promptness was very important to this job as I had to coordinate with the city crews. When Jessie was in yesterday to assess the issue he looked at his schedule for the next day and indicated he was very flexible to enable me to work with the city crews to have this job completed while the city crews waited until he was finished and then they turned the main on and Jessie checked his work and job done!! Thank you Jessie.
