It was daunting; requiring a 3 level cantilevered scaffold, temporary internal support of the upper stories, engineer/architect consult, and weeks worth of work. Many contractors would have walked away. Precision's team stuck with us and lead us through a significant rebuild delivering a complex, high quality repair, with beautiful craftsmanship/finish work. When it came time to replacing our 4 exterior doors this fall Precision was our only call. We trust them implicitly and they will continue to be our first call for home renovations. “11 out of 10! The gutter on the front of my parents house detached and twisted while it hung off their house swinging about 20 feet or more back in February 2025. I called every number that popped up on Google. All the answers were mostly no we can’t help due to all the ice and wind. Or booking out 8-10 weeks until I called the last number (classic case of saving the best for last) and it was Classical Roofing and Siding ltd. I called the office and the lady I spoke to was so kind and reassuring even gave me some good advice. She said they would send somebody out the next day to look at it. Josiah came out to look at the house, said he would be able to do it in the next week or so but would be able to atleast secure the hanging part if needed. When they came after two weeks it was done before lunch! I can’t get up to see the quality, but the quality that I received in customer service was top-notch.
