I’ve been going to this gem of a spa for what feels like a lifetime. I was first referred to Deborah many years ago when it was just her and Kim on Gaston Road—and to this day, I still trust her with all my beauty needs.
From relaxing massages with Nadina, to chiropractic care with Brent, and so many other incredible services, Spa Solutions really is your one-stop shop for self-care.
The staff are wonderful—always pleasant, bright, and knowledgeable. No matter who you book with, you’re in the best hands. They’re all rock stars! ⭐️

Spa solutions is the best! Everyone is always so welcoming and friendly. Nadine and Kerri are hands down the best RMT’s around. And Dr. MacNeil is a miracle worker for chiropractic services. The Spa has so many great services, is conveniently located right in Dartmouth, and everyone does their best to work with your schedule! I have recommended Kerri and Nadina to numerous family members, and have only heard good things. 10/10 recommend!
