I’ve been seeing Nicole for many years now. She always listens to what the client wants. Recently, I asked her to cut all my hair off from past my shoulders to a pixie. She remembered that last time I was in I said, “if I show up asking you to chop it all off - talk me out of it!” And did she ever try! Eventually, she conceded and cut my hair as I wished only then secretly saying, “I always love the short cuts on you!” Professional and always caring.
