Great session, learning that even though I think I'm stretching I'm subconsciously protecting injured areas. Need to be more intentional in my stretching and flexibility practices.
It has been hours and I still feel light and wonderful. I won't give you the name of the therapist that took care of my sore spots because I don't want you to fill his schedule, but all I can say is don't walk, run to Sore Spots NOW.
I have been getting massages for years ( have had horrible back issues since my 20’s) and I have never felt more comfortable at any other place as I do here . From the moment you walk in you feel at home
