Staff were very welcoming, and friendly. Did a great job on my nails and pedicure with the hot stones was the best in HRM. After 15 years going to a salon in Halifax I now travel to Queen Nails.

Best pedicure I've ever had! Definitely coming back, great service and attention to detail. I really appreciate how they periodically check in and make sure you're comfortable with each step. Thank you for the great experience!

I cant understand the negative reviews unless they are confusing this location with another salon. Location is immaculate - very clean. Phoebe is a gem and has a great staff. They give about the best pedicure I've ever had and other services are just as I expect. I've received some nice designs on my nails and I find their prices in line with market. Not sure how there is confusion on prices as they are very upfront and prices are posted online and in store. If you're not sure ask in advance so you are clear. I just relocated from Ontario where I went to a similar shop for over 17 years and I am happy with Queens Nails as my new go to nail place.
