Amazing service. My Thermostat stopped working and had no heat. Called and received service even in the bad weather . Roy was incredible. Professional, helpful and made sure I was back up and running before he left. Many companies won't go the extra mile especially in poor weather. I will be calling LMB again for any future a plumbing issues. Professional, friendly and caring which is incredibly rare. Outstanding!
I had an emergency where a whole new pressure tank was needed. When I called they were very accommodating and moved some things around so they could make it out to me within just a couple hours. Very thorough and speedy. I also appreciated how upfront they were with costs. It was a relief finding them after several other calls to companies that were too busy. Thank you for getting me out of a jam!
Replaced my tenant’s electric hot water tank. It was in a tight space which required temporarily moving my gas HWT. They brought a gas-fitter in that same afternoon, the whole thing went smoothly, and the price was fair. I would choose LMB again.
