PRO: The salesman was very clear and informative, and made choosing what we wanted easy. Being able to see pictures of the patterns and fittings was a big help in making our decisions. We were able to see the final price and payment options up front.
CON: After the downpayment was made, communication was poor, and our install date was almost a month later than the estimated date. We get that things happen and schedules change, but the lack of information or remorse was frustrating.

Did a wonderful job installing our new shower. He worked continuously for two days. I don’t even think he took time to have his lunch. He was very very friendly and did a professional job. I would recommend him 100%.
