Appreciate Manny taking the time to walk me through extension options and understand what is in involved in upkeep and investment. This is really important to me because I spent so much time on the road for my job, and need to know what I can reasonable make time for. We also thoroughly discussed colour options that are reasonable for my hair type which has given me something to consider for a plan to move forward.

The whole team at Lox is extremely welcoming. While I waited for my appointment, I witnessed collaboration between staff I had never seen before at a salon. I think it’s fantastic to utilize everyone’s knowledge and skills to provide superior service, which was truly evident in their interactions.
Teresa is everything you could want in a stylist. She is extremely knowledgeable about hair, cuts with exacting precision, gives excellent advice about styling and products, AND is down to earth to chat with the whole time. It was really a pleasure to be under her care for my first time at Lox and I will be back!

Maddie was great, made you feel super comfortable in the chair knew what she was doing made the time fly by quick. Will definitely be going back.
