I’ve been taking my cat here for years. Most recently, we went in for his vaccine, check-up and blood work. Our veterinarian, Dr. Dancy, was so kind, patient and informative. She took great care to provide us with a very detailed update of the lab results (which came back very quickly!), potential scenarios and game plans going ahead. The technicians are also wonderful to work with. You can tell that staff here truly enjoy their jobs and adore animals. It’s a great feeling to know that you and your pet are being taken care of so well here.

After getting a referral from our Vet, it was a short wait time, to meet with Dr Tim and physio therapist Kim, who assesed our Abby after almost 3 months since having TPLO surgery out of province. They are fully optimistic that with physio/water treadmill that we can have Abby back in better shape. While only just beginning this physio journey, we have noticed already improvement. The clinic is awesome for arranging our appts, as we live 2 hrs away. We would highly recommend.

Our pitbull mix had ACL surgery with Dr. Tim and his team. Dr Tim spent a lot of time with us explaining the surgery before, and afterwards about how it went. All of the nurses and technicians were so kind, our pup had the best care!
