“We would recommend Craig's electrical services and the services of Evergreen. When the main floor of our house was renovated by Monk Renovations (a company with which we are so pleased we hired; our renovation is superb) they used Evergreen Electric and did a good job of the renovation. We then asked for a quote as our basement lighting was done poorly just to sell the house.
1. Evergreen gave a quote and a warranty; electricians are certified. Their quote was accurate.
2. They gave a schedule date for the work and the work was completed within the time frame.
3. All emails were responded to.
4. A problem with dimmers was explained to us and why they should be replaced. 3 dimmers were replaced.
5. 39 pot lights were replaced in the basement. They fixed grounding wires that needed repair.
6. Communication between client and Evergreen was superb.
7. We did not have a light on the basement stairs. To get a light, we would have to rip out ceiling etc. and it did not seem worth the money. Craig saw we were using USB operated lights and offered a fabulous suggestion ... he wired in a motion light. Fabulous idea. What we loved was that he saw a problem and offered a solution without being asked.
