Your technician, Doug Stuart, arrived at our home to address the wasp situation entering out house under the eave of one dormer. I was disappointed that he did not have a ladder to check the dormer or a step ladder to enter our attic and check inside the dormer. He would not go on our roof because the angle was too steep. I agree he needed some to lay on the roof to climb. He could not remove the nest because he could not see it. The nest is under the eave inside somewhere. I provided a ladder so he could climb to the edge of our roof and spray the opening where we could see wasps entering and I provided a seven foot step ladder giving him access to the attic.
