Whether it was through email or phone, Nicks customer service was fantastic. I was tattooed by Desmond and he was very nice and did a great job. He was very accommodating when it came to adding a couple more tattoos to my already big list and although cramped for time, he nailed it and was great to talk to! I will definitely be going back to Utility next time I am in Halifax!!!“
