“Overall our experience with Bath Fitter was very good. Here are the pros and cons based on our experience:
PRO: The salesman was very clear and informative, and made choosing what we wanted easy. Being able to see pictures of the patterns and fittings was a big help in making our decisions. We were able to see the final price and payment options up front.
CON: After the downpayment was made, communication was poor, and our install date was almost a month later than the estimated date. We get that things happen and schedules change, but the lack of information or remorse was frustrating.
PRO: When we got the call with our install date, we were told that they weren't able to find a suitable mold to fit our tub during the fitting appointments, so they upgraded us to a brand new tub for free! The install lasted two days as Bath Fitter indicated it would, and our installer, Chris, was very friendly and professional, and was more than happy to answer any questions we had during the process. He kept a tidy work area and cleaned up well at the end of each day. The final fit and finish are of a very high standard; reflective of the pride and experience of our installer. We are very happy with our new tub/shower. If I were given the option to post pictures, I would.
Overall we're happy with our Bath Fitter experience, despite a few hiccups in the process. We would definitely recommend them to anyone as an all-in-one bathroom renovator.”
