In addition to these weekly reports, Blueprint was always accessible by email or phone to answer any questions I had (... and had many). From the beginning of the build, they made me feel at ease with the entire process, demonstrating exceptional customer service with thorough budgets, meticulous attention to detail, and a very personal interest in my build.
