I’d highly recommend Conor at Nova Physiotherapy in Dartmouth. He was fantastic throughout my recovery after my De Quervain’s release surgery. He gave me effective exercises that really helped me regain my wrist strength and mobility, and always adjusted them as I improved. I highly recommend Nova Physiotherapy. I came to nova physiotherapy 4 weeks after knee replacement surgery very distort at how my recovery was going. I had been to another place and was not gaining any range of motion and was told that I may gain a little more. At Nova, Connor Black the physiotherapist was very reassuring that my recovery was going well, and I would be able to improve my range of motion. Over the next 9 weeks Connor helped me achieve full range of motion. Having been to many physiotherapists over the years Connor Black is far above the rest with all aspects of recovery. Thanks Connor I could not have done it without your support.
