Had multiple frozen pipes and a few that were leaking into my garage during the -25 cold snap. John came by on Sunday, mentioned he had been working all weekend in the cold and his phone never stopped dinging while he was there. You would have thought that would make anyone a bit grumpy or rushed, but he was amazing to deal with, worked fast and took the time to make sure there were no additional leaks in the house before heading off for the next call. They showed up on time and promptly did the troubleshooting. I expected a long and difficult replacement of a zone valve due to its location. Their technician, Chris, found an easy way to do the install and was finished within an hour. He had only been working for them a month and said they were an amazing employer.
