I had numbness in my left leg and everyone kept guessing it was sciatica. I knew that didn't make sense. This massage therapist did a full exam and discovered it was a different nerve. She was able to work it out and take care of a lot of my tight muscles in my leg and back. I've been to a lot of massage therapists. She was among the best: very impressive.

I’v been a patient of Dr. Emily Wiggin for nine years. She is brilliant and far exceeds the expected knowledge and scope of chiropractic practice. Her bedside manner is personal and empathetic, and she knows when to integrate other professionals appropriately (naturopaths, physiotherapy etc). She is mindful of insurance nuances and the costs associated with care, and is very client-focused.Additionally, I’ve never felt taken advantage of in terms of the length of services (I know this is something that does sadly happen elsewhere).Easily the best chiropractor in the HRM.The administrative staff are also excellent and just so very helpful. Friendly reception staff and excellent healthcare exam and treatment with Erin. Lots of information to help. Easy to access and login before arriving to make it quick. Great service overall.
