“George SAVED THE DAY!!! I was dealing with an incredibly important deadline and the morning I was due to upload my required documents my USB thumb drive containing EVERYTHING broke on me - these documents took MONTHS to prepare. I showed up to Hard Drive Cafe a complete mess. George reassured me and told me to give him an hour. He came out after half an hour to give me a reassuring update but said he’d need another 2 hours to fix resoldering the thumbdrive. Within 3 hours of arriving at his shop in tears, he’d recovered all the files on the stick and put them on a new one for me. Even though he complete the job quickly and in an urgent matter he gave me a discount on his services and didn’t charge me for the new thumb drive. Not only was he efficient and very helpful, he was also very compassionate, which I needed in that moment. Can’t thank you enough George!!! Hope I never find myself in that situation again, but if I do I’ll be back!”
