“I had an opportuity to compare Long's services and pricing with a small father and sons company in Livonia. I had a slow kitchen sink drain and Long's had a wait list. The Livonia company used a small snake that barely had enough power to clear an obstruction at 22 feet out. The cost was $225. The drain didn't stay cleared. I booked with Longs and waited several days. Long's snake is so big it has its own dolly. The drain cleared at 22 feet and then for good measure, the tech took the snake out to 75 feet. I paid $185. So Long's was more efficient, better equipped and cheaper.“

Please with the quality of install: The techs rolled out the protective blankets to protect the floors, deliberate clean up efforts post install, clean routing of gas lines and ductwork.
