“A-1 Comfort Control was absolutely AMAZING. Steve was very personable, knowledgeable and very informative. We had a gas leak in our home and were told to evacuate our home immediately. A-1 answered and quickly had someone out to our home to fix the issue. Steve was able to articulate what the issue was, fixed it and gave us suggestions and solutions to prevent any issues in the future. A-1 is the best in the Detroit Metro Area and I will proudly refer them to all of my family and friends.“

He and his assistant flushed our hot water heater, checked all our plumbing connections, cleaned the aerators in all our faucets, and spent time showing me how to maintain our water softener. He was very patient as he walked me through the process of resetting the unit, and showing me how he labeled every one of our cut-offs. We have had Thornton & Grooms service for the past couple of years and have been very pleased with their knowledge, professionalism, and work.
