As often comes w the terrirory when purchasing a house/moving, I've dealt with several contractors (for all sorts of different house-related matters) in a short period. Nobody offers the level of customer service that Prime Time does. There is something so comforting in knowing Kevin (owner) and his team are the people standing behind/in support of our furnaces. Kevin and the crew are a rare breed - so genuinely nice to work with. Kevin makes himself so accessible, and always makes a point to make me feel heard, validated, and takes his time to thoroughly explain options, mechanics, solutions, whatever it is (and he does so in a way that clients can actually understand). “I want to write a review on the repair man Ilir. I was able to catch him leaving the parking lot and explain to him we had no air , mind you it's 80° outside. he had his truck in drive and he put it back in park and came in and fixed my air. It wasn't a little five minute fix, it took him a minute to fix our air. He was so kind and so thorough and helpful. He didn't have to do that considering the office was closed I would've had to wait till tomorrow to let them know my air was off then, wait for him to come back out on another day. So potentially we would've been out of service out of air for at least 3 to 5 days. So, what he did was so thoughtful and I really appreciate you taking the time to help us he's a good man. thank you.“

We were able to upgrade to a better model because that co. Had a rebate going on that none of the other two companies who gave us estimates never mentioned. We got a great ac. They are hard workers and very friendly. They scheduled us in did a great job for a great price. To me the biggest thing was the honesty they showed us. I would and do recommend them to everyone.“

“I called Rooter MD late in the afternoon thinking that I would have to schedule something after hours or another day. I had a sewer backup in my basement and they surprisingly came out within two hours after I called. They were able to snake out the clogged line which had some large roots and got us out of a big jam. They came out again two days later to perform a jet cleaning. They were prompt, professional and courteous. I would use them again without hesitation.“
