The A/C went out on Friday night but we were in the que Monday morning. “Craig and the crew did a great job installing a new High Efficiency AC & Furnace. Several other firms only quoted standard units due to tight clearances and existing ducts. Slasor took the time to rework old ducts in order to install the system we wanted. Pricing was very comparable to the standard units. It was a big job that they completed in two days. Removed old system components and really cleaned the work area when completed.“

Unlike the gentleman from AJ’s appliance repair that came out for my refrigerator and was in and out in less than 2 minutes and said it wasn’t repairable(which it was), but that’s another review for a later time.. back to Todd, he covers my area (Marshall/Battle Creek) and he was top notch and took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my oven and making the effort to find parts to fix it, vs just saying nope it’s too old or too hard to fix. He ordered the part and I should be back in business in the next 7-10 days. Again, I highly recommend American Appliance since they have Todd as an example of a great appliance repair technician for my area.“
