Chip was very through and knowledgeable and Friendly. Unfortunately your price was way more than 2 other companies. I've used you guys for several years and am very disappointed. I'll use you again if the price is in line or less than others.
AC checkup. Adam showed up on time and was very thorough during his inspection Adam was very professional throughout the visit. He took time to answer all my questions. I feel confident in the advice Adam gave me. I highly recommend Thornton & Grooms for all your HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs.
Ali was on time, very professional, and pleasant. He examined our furnaces, answered my questions and gave me good advice. All in all, a good experience; no payment required because I'm a member of the Home Care Club.
