“Contacted Efficient Energy in Aug of 2023. Received a competitive quote, but went with Efficient due to the working relationship with the team in the office and the HVAC engineers doing the bidding. Please with the quality of install: The techs rolled out the protective blankets to protect the floors, deliberate clean up efforts post install, clean routing of gas lines and ductwork.

“We used a different company who had come to our house twice, a week apart and when our air went out a 3rd time they told use they couldn't come out for almost 2 weeks. We called Hauser and Mike had someone at our house with in an hour. Found the problem (That should have been caught by the other company) got us up and running quickly. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to show us the bad part and explained everything to us. He stuck around after the air was running to continue checking pressures and levels to make sure that it would continue running. He was very professional, we made sure to even have him put a sticker on our furnace as going forward we will be using Hauser for all of our heating and cooling needs. Hopefully we wont need to call them anytime soon, although I know that if we do, they will be there and take care of us right away. When the owner takes the time to call you the next day and go the extra step to make sure everything is still running good and reassure you that they will take care of you, you cannot get better customer service than that! “I had an opportuity to compare Long's services and pricing with a small father and sons company in Livonia. I had a slow kitchen sink drain and Long's had a wait list. The Livonia company used a small snake that barely had enough power to clear an obstruction at 22 feet out. The cost was $225. The drain didn't stay cleared. I booked with Longs and waited several days. Long's snake is so big it has its own dolly. The drain cleared at 22 feet and then for good measure, the tech took the snake out to 75 feet. I paid $185. So Long's was more efficient, better equipped and cheaper.“
