Jack came over early in the AM and diagnosed my issue. I needed a new water heater. He left and came back an hour later and got to work. Jack was polite and courteous. He installed new water heater, took out all old materials and left the area clean and free of debris.
I could not ask for a better experience. He answered my questions, was not rushed. Made sure I understood the bill.

Rooter MD was the 2nd company I called out to take a look at a leak (because the first company didnt want to take care of my issue because they felt it was unsanitary).
Jeremy was awesome. He came out assessed my concerns realized there was a bigger problem, and fixed that problem also.
Although my initial project turned into something way bigger than I hoped for, Rooter MD did what was right and their whole team took care of me. Brian oversaw the scope of the bigger project and the team was very cohesive. Would highly recommend this company for anything plumbing needed!!!!
All work exceeded expectations. Jeremy added reinforcement to older work from another company which wasn't expected but very much appreciated. A very clean installation. All work passed government inspection. Very happy with results. (I rarely review and even more rarely give a full 5 star review.)
