I called Rooter MD late in the afternoon thinking that I would have to schedule something after hours or another day. I had a sewer backup in my basement and they surprisingly came out within two hours after I called. They were able to snake out the clogged line which had some large roots and got us out of a big jam. They came out again two days later to perform a jet cleaning. They were prompt, professional and courteous. I would use them again without hesitation.
Josh and Jason were friendly and went above and beyond the call of duty. Josh made sure the obstruction in my sewer was completely cleared. He could have stopped when water started to flow. Instead, he rechecked the line and went back and made sure. Then he finished getting the obstruction cleared. Good job!
I hired Rooter MD Plumbing to install a Moen Flo automatic shutoff valve. They did a great job and explained all the features. They didn't leave until they knew it was working. Would definitely hire again.
