Carl & James were great technicians. They analyzed the problem and formulated a solution. Just have to order parts and come back to replace a valve. The price I paid as reported below is for this initial visit plus the valve replacement that should happen a day or two from now.
I've worked with Mark & RJ for years as one of their vendors so when our pool heater was on the fritz they are the first company I thought to call. Beth set me up with an appointment and Dante came out to look at our heater. He was on time, polite and very knowledgeable. By the time he left our heater was up & running. Being in customer service for 30+ years I know great service and this was top-notch, A+ from the beginning. I will be using their services in the future if needed.
Dante was phenomenal! He diagnosed and fixed our problem with ease. He was kind, courteous & knowledgeable and explained everything beautifully,… plus… he gave me grace for missing his initial knock on the door after his perfectly on time arrival, whereas many service people might have left and made me reschedule! I definitely would recommend Dante from Hartford & Ratliff to service your pool heater/boiler without question or a moment’s hesitation… fabulous service and repair! Thank you ; )
