From the very first call to the last interaction with them, they performed well above my expectations. The price for the hot water tank was reasonably priced which included labor and permit. Their employees keep the work area neat and clean and leave no mess behind which is a huge plus!!! Thank you Family Heating and Cooling!! Great company: we've had them install a AC unit and generator this year. The team is professional, kind, consciousness, knowledgable and all-around thorough. Would not hesitate to call them again!
