we called Family Heating and Cooling Saturday morning but they were booked up. they asked what the problem was and when we told them they squeezed us in. not only squeezed us in but arrived an hour and a half before they said they would.
turned out our problem is a plumbing issue, which they don't do. but when most professional service providers like electricians charge a ton just to show up, Family H&C didn't. the whole service call only cost about $280 and that included installing a digital thermostat.

Andrew was very knowledgeable and came to fix my mothers air conditioner. He was not only polite but patient and kind.It had stopped working and was only blowing hot air. Nick and the team arrived on time both days and worked in a structured and disciplined way the entire time. They executed a clear and well-thought out plan to remove our furnace and A/C condenser and replace them both with modern new units.
